Location was perfect for what we needed to bring my daughter back to school and move her into her apartment. It was nice to see prices were affordable and not raised up for this time of year.

Amazing location and themed UARK decor. I love hanging out at the bar, grabbing a drink and watching the game. The hotel and rooms are decorated in a school spirit fashion - love it!

Graduate Fayetteville is a cute, charming, comfortable hotel convenient to downtown Fayetteville. We stayed to go to George's Majestic lounge for a show and couldn't have asked for anything better as far as location goes. The staff was great, loved the bar in the lobby, and the sports theme with stuffed Razorbacks on the wall was a cute touch!

The lounge and reception area was fun, warm and welcoming. The location was within a couple of blocks of everything downtown Fayetteville. The bed was very comfortable, views from the top floor are nice, and the shower had nice water pressure.

The location was very convenient. Not far from the square and within walking distance of several restaurants. The room was large and had plenty of seating. The decor was unusual and fun. The bed was exceptionally comfortable. The staff was friendly, helpful and accommodating. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it.

Room was great - nice size. Hotel was in a great location to the University. Parking was easy and fair. Will stay again if we are in the area. Staff was also very helpful and friendly. ...........

The decor was awesome! We absolutely loved the college vibe. The location was amazing and it was super easy for us to get back and forth to all the different places while staying there. Very centrally located

Wonderful and eclectic decor. Staff was friendly and very helpful, worked hard to keep sidewalk around the hotel cleared of snow and ice. Nice selection of local beer at the hotel bar. Located close to U or A campus, restaurants and shopping.
